All my designs begin with spatial planning as it is the first and most important element to a cohesive interior. I then build on this with colour choices, fabrics, furniture, lighting, artwork & accessories. These items are carefully considered to show the personality and lifestyle of my clients.

After an initial phone call to discuss your requirements, we can decide on a package to make your property more appealing to a wider range of buyers.

Residential and Commercial Design Service

This service includes a complimentary consultation via phone to discuss your needs. If you would like to use my services following that call, I will then arrange to visit your home to talk through your requirements in more depth. During this visit I will take any measurements and photos I need to help me begin your design. You will then receive a summary email detailing what we have discussed. I will now begin to prepare your concept design. Once you have approved your concept design I will then get to work on your final design.

This will include:

Mood board

Fixtures & fitting selection

Furniture layout planning

Colour choices

Furniture Selection

Lighting Selection

Itemized shopping list with links

The shopping list will enable you to order each item yourself.

Once all work has been carried out by your chosen contractors and everything is ordered I will visit you again to add the finishing touches and style your home.

If it is required, one amendment to your mood board is included in this package.

From £550 per room

Site visits or being on hand to answer any questions your chosen contractor may have can be arranged at an extra cost. This will be charged at an hourly rate.

*Depending on your location an on- site visit will incur additional travel expenses (maximum 30 mile radius of ME5)

Airbnb/Holiday Rental Design

Are you an Airbnb host and need some help with interior design decisions? This service is for anyone that requires help with designing the interior of a holiday let, Airbnb or HMO. Hiring an interior designer can help your property stand out and make an impact. First impressions are extremely important! Your property should be well considered and ideally feel like home-from-home.

This package includes a complimentary consultation via telephone to discuss your requirements. Followed up by an on-site visit to discuss things further, and for me to take any measurements and pictures that will help with my design. I will then send you a summary email that outlines everything we have discussed.
